"Deep Blue No.1" Aquaculture Cage

Domestic salmon bred by "Deep Blue No.1" will be listed in batches soon. March 24, 2021, the project leader of Qingdao Ocean Investment Group told the reporter. It is about 120 nautical miles from dongjiakou Port, which is Qingdao National Deep Sea Green Aquaculture Experimental Zone and the only deep sea aquaculture experimental zone in China at present. After two months, nearly 200,000 salmon farmed in the cage of "Deep Blue No.1" in the experimental area will be served on the table.

Launching the "Ocean Offensive", laying a good foundation for the transformation of marine industry, and crossing this tough battle, far-reaching marine aquaculture has great room for growth. August, 2020, Qingdao National Deep Sea Green Aquaculture Experimental Zone, which explores and develops the deep sea green aquaculture model, was approved, becoming the only deep sea aquaculture experimental zone in China. It is also responsible for trying first, breaking through key links and technologies, and giving full play to demonstration and guidance. The pilot area has entered a new stage, and it has become one of the "10 major sea-related projects to focus on" in Qingdao this year.

As reported, in Qingdao National Deep Sea Aquaculture Experimental Zone, 200,000 salmon farmed by "Deep Blue No.1" are expected to finish fishing and processing in May this year. With the construction volume of "Lengshuituan No.1" cage three times that of "Deep Blue No.1", it is expected that the main structure will be completed by the end of this year, with a maximum capacity of 420,000 salmon, laying a more solid foundation for further expanding the spatial carrier of marine economy, optimizing the spatial pattern and cultivating new kinetic energy of industry.

"Dark Blue No.1" farmed salmon

This ship's processing production line system was implemented by Biyang Manufacturing Division of Zhongchen Biyang Technology Group. Aiming at the ship-borne processing of salmon (salmon trout), which is a large-scale cage culture object of Deep Sea Cold Water Group, Biyang Manufacturing took the 3,000-ton aquaculture ship of Shandong Deep Sea Cold Water Group Ocean Development Co., Ltd. as a platform to formulate ship-borne processing technology, configure processing system equipment and processing production lines.

Auxiliary equipment of the processing production line of aquaculture boat includes fish water separator, gill-tying and fish-killing machine (including automatic counting), artificial patching spray conveying device, spiral pre-cooling and bleeding device, fish-out washing belt conveying device, ice slurry fresh-keeping and delivery guiding device of incubator, and complete set of electrical control system of the production line.

All kinds of aquaculture equipment have been built and upgraded, which has improved the scientific and technological content of Qingdao National Deep Sea Green Aquaculture Experimental Zone, and the future of the experimental zone is determined by the participation of enterprises.
