CB Wild Salmon Processing System

Leveraging the migration rhythms and fishing seasons of global wild salmon production areas, Chonsonbeyond has completed an iterative optimization of its full-link processing technology and equipment system to address three core industry pain points: extremely short fishing windows, massive instantaneous overload of daily landings, and significant size variations among wild fish.

Breaking through traditional processing capacity bottlenecks, the system upgrades peak daily processing capacity as a fundamental core metric. Its core value focuses on maximizing the economic value captured during short fishing windows, achieving all-dimensional resource and economic efficiency across every batch of wild salmon raw materials, main products, and high-value by-products, while meeting global premium seafood export and high-quality consumer market standards.

Maximizing peak capacity during fishing windows to build scalable processing foundations, while comprehensively elevating product quality and added value through full-link refined, intelligent, and standardized processes. This empowers products to meet international high-end market standards and builds sustainable core competitiveness in wild salmon processing.

Gentle Pumping System

Wild salmon features thin skin and soft, high-fat flesh, making it vulnerable to crushing and bruising during transport. Furthermore, concentrated tides in offshore ports lead to massive, fluctuating landing volumes, and high-density transfer easily causes product damage.

Employing a vacuum negative-pressure contactless conveying system to accommodate high-volume tidal landings, the process utilizes fluid encapsulation to prevent mechanical compression and preserve delicate high-fat flesh textures. The flexible piping layout adapts seamlessly to docks or shore sites with adjustable processing capacity, linking directly to downstream sorting to eliminate manual transfer variances and minimize physical raw material loss from the very start.

Integrated Temperature-Controlled Preservation: Combined Rsw And Slurry Ice Cooling System

When high volumes of raw materials are landed or loaded into the hold, traditional cooling methods are often too slow, leading to core temperature deviations that compromise fish quality and texture. Chonsonbeyond integrates RSW (Refrigerated Sea Water) technology with slurry ice (fluid ice) systems. The RSW system utilizes a robust refrigeration cycle to provide large-capacity storage and baseline cooling, while the slurry ice system-characterized by its fine particles and immense heat-transfer surface area-provides total coverage of the fish, achieving rapid core temperature reduction.

Ensuring comprehensive, dead-zone-free temperature control throughout the entire processing chain to preserve premium fish quality. This significantly reduces the cooling load on downstream plate freezers, directly lowering overall energy consumption costs
for the facility.

Adaptive Fully Automatic Head And Gut Removal System

  • Wild salmon vary greatly in size and spinal muscle structure, making manual heading and gutting extremely labor-intensive. High-intensity, repetitive work easily reduces product yield, while residual blood and visceral remnants in the cavity can cause secondary contamination of the flesh.

Featuring adaptive body-parameter automation for heading and gutting, the equipment accommodates the natural morphological variations of wild salmon. It precisely locates cutting points to maximize the retention of premium flesh and improve raw material yield. Standardized, enclosed operations eliminate cross-contamination, while the robust design adapts to humid port environments to stably deliver standardized, cleaned-cavity raw materials.

High-End Product Specialized Iqf (Individual Quick Freezing) System

Utilizing high-efficiency cryogenic quick-freezing technology to rapidly cross the maximum ice crystal formation zone, the system prevents the growth of large ice crystals and preserves the cellular structure of high-fat muscle tissue to minimize drip loss. The deep-freeze process locks in original freshness and natural color while extending shelf life and meeting global export standards for frozen seafood.

Interfacing with the upstream semi-finished product line using high-efficiency quick-freezing technology, the system rapidly penetrates the freezing zone to inhibit ice crystal proliferation and lipid oxidation, locking in the original flavor and color of the filleted flesh. For headed and gutted salmon, Chonsonbeyond's premium custom quick-freezing system applies tailored single-freezing configurations based on individual size, matching specific freezing temperatures and durations to achieve precision freezing tailored to each fish. This thoroughly resolves freezing quality discrepancies caused by the non-standard body shapes of wild salmon, ensuring uniform freezing and consistent quality across entire batches, perfectly matching high-volume, multi-specification centralized processing conditions during peak fishing windows.
