Features and Parameters of NH3/CO2 Cooling System Solution
● Equipement:compressor from Japanese MYCOM etc; auxiliary equipment from top brands;● NH3: ammonia only exists in the refrigeration engine room with limited amount, safety hazard is controllable;
● CO2: as a secondary refrigerant, no refrigeration oil is needed for CO2, causing no oil film at the outlet, ensuring the heat transfer efficiency;
● Vertical plate freezers: CO2 as refrigerant, fish can be frozen with 3~4 hours;
● Air-cooled cold storage: CO2 as refrigerant with excellent distribution and heat transfer, reducing the size of cooler and increasing the cargo space;
● Barrel pump for refrigerant supply: for blast freezing and cold storage system, ensuring the reliable supply;
● Containerized NH3/CO2 heat exchange: easy installation.
